Information AxessPlex collects
When you submit the contact form, AxessPlex collects your name, company, email, phone number, and message solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to create a lead record in AxessPlex's Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. AxessPlex does not sell your information.
SMS / text messaging
AxessPlex uses its main business number, (404) 850-0635, for text messaging, across three scenarios: you may text AxessPlex directly to start a conversation (message frequency in that case reflects normal back-and-forth conversation, not a recurring program); if you submit an inquiry through our Start Your Journey wizard and check the SMS consent box next to the phone number field, AxessPlex may send you individual follow-up texts (such as appointment reminders or status updates) related to your inquiry; or, if you call AxessPlex and ask us to text you (such as a link to book a meeting, or confirmation that we received your message), AxessPlex will send that text to the number you give us. In addition, an individual AxessPlex team member may text you one-to-one from their own AxessPlex business number, but only in a conversation you started or after you asked to be contacted by text. These are person-to-person messages, not bulk or automated messages.
In all cases, AxessPlex collects only the mobile number needed to send the message requested or relevant to your engagement. Message and data rates may apply. AxessPlex does not sell or share your mobile number with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of future messages, or reply HELP for assistance.
